Tzatziki

This is a classic Greek appetizer. It has a light, fresh flavor that brightens up any savory dish. Tzatziki is pronounced tuh-zee-kee. It comes from a Persian word that means “herb mixture.” It is made of salted thick strained greek yogurt mixed with peeled & shredded english cucumbers, garlic, salt, olive oil, sometimes with lemon juice, topped with dill.
